A confirmed reservation obligates both The Carter Lodge and the guest for the entire length of stay reserved. In the event of an early departure, guests are responsible for the remainder of the stay.

Cancellation Policy - 72 hours minimum. During holidays, special events and leaf season a one (1) week cancellation notice is required.

Sorry, we do not allow pets of any kind, anywhere, on our property. This includes leaving a pet in your car on the premises.

Weekends may require a two night stay.

Office hours for inquires are 9 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.

We request that you check into your room between 3 p.m. and 11 p.m. If you plan to arrive earlier or later, please make arrangements with us in advance, by telephone.
